Spring is almost here! Here, we review some health tips to help you make the most of it. 

The old adage ‘prevention is better than cure’ helps us to lead healthy and productive lives for as long as possible. Healthy eating habits include buying fresh in-season vegetables and retaining as many vitamins as possible when cooking – steaming, for example. Broccoli, spinach, scallions, asparagus and garlic are all good for nutrition.
