Cleanse it twice a day:

Work out:

Sleep:

It is also one of the remedies like sleep which can cure a variety of ailments. It has much power than any other beauty product available in the market,to improve the skin tone. Drinking four liters of water per day would keep the skin healthy and glowing.

Vitamin D:

It is only the tan and sun burn that comes to our mind when we think about the two terms sun and skin together. But getting the skin exposed to mild sunlight would give it the essential vitamin D and keeps it healthy. It is very good to skin to expose it to either morning or evening sun and it is not advisable to expose it in afternoon sun, since its intensity may harm the skin cells.
